Run prettier on the pipeline yaml files #2979

This cleans up the yaml files so that they don't cause huge diffs when autoformatting.

@facchettos we need to probably poke at some automation, yeah. this is mostly to get things in a nice state so I don't keep making huge diffs because my editor saves and formats :)
